At Silver Spruce Elementary, we believe that Crew is stronger together—and our herd is strongest when families are involved!
Whether you're helping in a classroom, supporting a school event, reading with students, or lending a hand behind the scenes, your time and talents help create meaningful experiences for our students. Every volunteer helps us create a school where children are known, valued, and empowered.
Volunteering is also a great way to meet other families, build friendships, and become part of the Silver Spruce community. Together, we're creating something special, and we'd love for you to be a part of it!
If you'd like to volunteer in your child's classroom, please contact their teacher directly. Every classroom uses volunteers differently, and teachers will help you find the best fit.
Our PTO also offers many opportunities to get involved throughout the year—from family events and school celebrations to special projects and community-building activities. Whether you have an hour to spare or want to take on a larger role, there's a place for everyone in the herd!
Before You Volunteer
🫎 Sign in at the front office each time you visit.
🫎 On your first visit, our office staff will scan your driver's license.
🫎 After that, simply sign in and print your volunteer badge.
